"John Sharp is charged, on warrant, with deserting his wife, Lydia Sharp, at Richmond, on the 1st October last. He is English, a blacksmith, aged 32 years, 5 feet 2 or 3 inches high, black hair, whiskers, beard and moustache ; wore grey tweed paget coat, black vest, grey and black check tweed trousers and black felt hat. Supposed to be about Melbourne.--21st November 1870." [1]
In 1876 John Sharp and his wife Lydia, were charged with Forging and Uttering Cheques. They were sentenced in the Melbourne Court, and sent to gaol.
He died in Nov 1909 in Saint Kilda, Victoria, Australia. Aged 78 years He was buried in a Public Grave at Springvale Botanical Cemetery, Springvale, Victoria, Australia. [2] [3]

Thomas died 12 March 1885 at Echuca, Victoria, Australia. They had the following Children: 1. Thomas Alfred Warren born 1880 Echuca, Victoria, Australia. died Jun 1955 in Wodonga, Victoria Australia 2. Herbert Warren born 10 Aug 1882 Echuca, Victoria, Australia 3. Bertie Warren born 1886 Echuca, Victoria, Australia. died 1886 Collingwood, Victoria, Australia Lydia married again Victoria in 1888 to James Knights born 1836 Knowledge near London, England. died 6 Jan 1909 Kurri Kurri, New South Wales Australia. He committed Suicide. James Knights left Victoria and travelled to Western Australia, before 1896, Lydia left Victoria and joined him there. He left her and travelled to New South Wales where he died. They had : 1. Albert James Knights born 1888 Richmond Victoria, Australia. In 1914 in Perth, Western Australia, Lydia remarried to George Harris (I have no details about George yet). Lydia Harris passed away 18 October 1927 in Perth Hospital, Western Australia.
