Biography

Philopena Sharp was born on 8 August 1765 in Orange, North Carolina, the daughter of John Sharp and Anna Loy. She married Jacob Rich in about 1782 in the same city as her birth.

Philopena died on 2 August 1808 in Franklin, Tennessee and was buried there in Old Beans Creek Cemetery.
