Biography
Albert was born on 15 April 1885, the son of John Sharp and Mary (Collins) Sharp. [1]
On 5 December 1918 at St. Malachy's Church in Belfast, Albert Sharpe (full age, bachelor, music hall artist, of Seymour St., son of John Sharpe (dead), fish monger) married Margaret Waterson (age 20, spinster, box maker, of Market St., dau. of Moses Waterson, coach builder). The witnesses were John McConnell and Catherine Crilly.[2]
Albert Sharpe was a labourer when his son Terence was born at 7 Seymour Row on 27 August 1921, in the presence of another Margaret Watterson [sic], of 55 Market St., possibly his grandmother.[3] Terence celebrated his 100th birthday in 2021.[4]
He passed away in 1970.
