Mary was born 15 April 1795 at 7 St James London & christened on 3rd May 1795 at the local Huguenot church of St Matthew, Bethnal Green. Her family were silk weavers as was her husband's. She married Samuel Sharpe (sometimes referred to as Frer, in 1824 in Limehouse, London and had 6 children She died in 1871 in the French Huguenot hospital at Hackney London
Note: It was common for the Huguenot weavers to speak French when they arrived so Frer being French for brother may have been a nickname; it would not have been his given name at birth.
