Christening
- 3 Jan 1819 Wigan All Saints, Lancashire Jane daughter of William Sharrock and Mary. Born 7 Nov 1818. They lived at Orrel and William was a weaver[1]
Note
- There is a doubt about this baptism as it notes Jane's father was a weaver and on her marriage certificate it stated he was a collier. My opinion is that the marriage certificate stating William was a collier is incorrect as Jane herself was a weaver, making it likely her father was as well.
