Susanna Shattuck, daughter of William and Susanna Shattuck of Watertown, Massachusetts was born in 1643. She married first April 12, 1661 [1], Joseph Morse. He was born at Watertowon on April 3, 1637, son of Joseph and Hester (Pierce) Morse of Watertown. [2][3][4][5]
They removed to Groton in 1666, where they lived until that town was destroyed by the Indians in 1676. They then returned to Watertown where Joseph died in 1677 at age 40. [2] His estate was inventoried in 1677. (papers missing)[6]
She married second, on July 5, 1678, [4] John Fay of Marlborough, as his second wife. [2] He died in 1690.[7] On April 7, 1691, widow Susanna appeared in Cambridge Court and testified to the inventory of the estate of her late husband John Fay, of Marlborough, deceased. [8]
Susannah married thirdly Thomas Brigham on July 30, 1695 at Marlborough as his second wife. [1][7] Thomas was born about 1641, the son of Thomas and Mercy Brigham. [9]
She died in Marlborough on March 16, 1716, age 74. [1][7] She is buried in the Grove Hill Cemetery, Waltham, Middlesex, Massachusetts. [10]
Thomas died at Marlborough on November 25, 1717, aged 76. [9]

Mary born February 11, 1672 at Groton [11]; married John Barnard on July 23, 1694, as his third wife. [2][5]
Hannah born April 7, 1674 at Groton [11]; died on September 10, 1732; married John Newton on June 19, 1690. [1][2][5]
Jonathan born ___; died in 1754; married first, on June 13, 1706, Mary Stow who died Dec. 10, 1727 [1]; married second Mary Church in 1729. [2][5]
