DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships by comparing test results with Val or other carriers of his ancestors' Y-chromosome or mitochondrial DNA.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Val:
I've put a few Research Notes on Charlie's profile. It's not yet clear who his parents were, but I've only just started digging. :-)
He isn't listed in the book I have for this family (Owen County Cousins). He might be part of another branch of Fiscuses that I've recently found.
Do you have any information on any of his family members or any hints about his parents' names?? Or maybe a sibling??
Take a look at the census listings I linked to on his profile and let me know if anything rings a bell, and I'll keep looking, but it will have to wait until a little later today.
Thank you Val for self-certifying for the Pre-1700 badge. Participation in a project is strongly encouraged for those wishing to edit Pre-1700 profiles.

Hello, I'm Mary, a Mentor. Our goal is to build a collaborative tree with just one profile per person. Please make sure to avoid Duplicates when adding a profile.
Please add DOB, DOD, locations, and Sources/references attached to each person and assists all of us!
If you encounter ancestors already on WikiTree ( less than 200 years), contact the Profile Manager for trusted access.

Hey Val, glad to see you joined! :) I went ahead and granted you access to all of your siblings and ancestors profiles (that I'm on the trusted list of, anyway). If I missed any, let me know!
You are now a member of WikiTree! Please help us build one Collaborative Global Family Tree, which means only one profile per person. It's important that no duplicates are created and profiles are properly sourced- if you have pre-1700's ancestors to add please read our Pre-1700 profiles info.
