Biography
James Begg Shaw was born on 12 September 1837, his father, John, was 35 and his mother, Sarah, was 30. He married Susannah Jennette Booth on 1 June 1870 in Manchester, Lancashire. They had six children in 14 years. He died on 21 February 1898 in 7 The Breeches, Didsbury, Lancashire, England, at the age of 60.
