Biography
There is an unsourced claim that Thomas was born in 1679 in Rehoboth, Massachusetts. It should not be used without obtaining a reliable source.
Thomas Shaw and Bethia Ormsby/Ormsbee announced their intention to marry on March 22, 1700/1701; they were married on April 15, 1701, in Rehoboth, Bristol County, Massachusetts.[1]
Thomas Shaw died in 1732 in Rehoboth, Bristol County, Massachusetts. His wife and son, Thomas, were his probate administrators. "Appt. of Betia Shaw, widow, & Thomas Shaw, son, as Adms. of Est. of Thomas Shaw of Reho., dtd. 1 Dec. 1732 [7:467]. [2]
