Biography

Archibald Isom Shaw was born in 1872 in Mississippi. He is the son of James Edward Shaw and Marizee L. Sheffield. ^[1] In 1898, he married Cynthia Aken in Mississippi and they raised four children. In 1940, A.I. and Cynthia are enumerated on the federal census in Yalobusha County, Mississippi. ^[2] Mr. Shaw died in 1957 and is buried in Elam Cemetery in Yalobusha County, Mississippi. ^[3]
