Shelly-11 and Shelley-99 appear to represent the same person because: clearly the same person, Shelley-99 should be final ID#, as Shelley is the preferred spelling
Morton-921 and Shelly-11 appear to represent the same person because: From the notes it appears that Mary Morton was a widow, and Morton was not her maiden name, so Mary Shelly (Shelly-11) appears to be the more correct choice.
