Michael Shelly, son of Henry Shelly and Catharine Detweiler, was born 10 Mar 1838. He married (1st) Catharine Boyer. His second wife's name is not known. He lived in Elkhart, Indiana.^[1]

Michael died on 24 Jul 1896 and is buried in Elkhart, Indiana. ^[2]

Notes

Original unsourced profile identified him as Philip Detweiler. No record can be found of a child named Philip born to Michael and Catharine, but they did have a son named Michael with the same death details which had been provided here for "Philip".
