She was born 23 May 1774 in Henry County, Virginia and was the daughter of Nancy (Asher) and Jeremiah Shelton.

But that does not affect the fact that Rhoda and Rhonda are dups (with a misspelling) and they have the same parents and spouse and thus need to be merged.
Obviously one profile has the wrong birth state and needs to be corrected, so a research note asking for a source should be placed on the merged profile.
