Elizabeth was born about 1848 in Lincoln County, Tennessee. She is the daughter of Temple Taylor and Jane Shelton. She passed away before 1900 in Lincoln County, Tennessee. Husband Richard was widowed on the 1900 census.

(We know her husband, Richard Green Womack died in 1928 and the Alabama death records show he was widowed. That indicates that "Betty Taylor Womack" died sometime before 1928.)
