Elizabeth Sherman passed away in 1867.

56. ELEAZER 5 SHERMAN (William4 \ Ebenezer3 , William 2, William1), born in Marshfield, Mass., about 1742, died in Boothbay, Maine, 24 Mar. 1826. He married first in Boothbay, 18 Aug. 1767, Lydia Kelley, who died between 1785 and 1790. He married secondly (published in Boothbay, 8 Oct. 1790), Susanna Wylie, born probably in Boothbay about 1765, died before 1808, daughter of William Wylie. He married thirdly in Boothbay, 8 Nov. 1808, Martha (Reed) Reed, born there, 27 Oct. 1758, died after 1822, daughter of Capt. On 7 May 1823, Eleazer Sherman, Jr., was appointed guardian of Benjamin Giles, Paul Giles, Eleazer Giles, and Abigail-S. Giles, minors under fourteen and was chosen for guardian by Martha Giles, Elizabeth Giles, and Samuel Giles, above fourteen, and all children of Samuel Giles, late of Boothbay, Maine.
