Harry Sherman was born July 3, 1887, in the Canadian town of Petitcodiac (Westmorland County, New Brunswick), but became a naturalized United States citizen "by virtue of his fathers' papers."[1] According to the 1910 Census, he immigrated to the United States in 1902.[2]
Harry married Lillie or Lily Dedrickson on April 8, 1908, in Great Falls, Montana.[3] They had one son, born in 1909,[4] but they soon divorced, as records show that Lillie remarried in 1913.[5]
Harry married Mary Ellen White on August 16, 1915, in Great Falls, Montana.[6] They had 3 children together[7] before divorcing, and both remarried. He passed away at Fort Steilacoom in Washington State on September 22, 1943.[8] He is buried at Mountain View Memorial Park in Lakewood, WA.[9]
