She was born on 28 July 1934 and her parents were Cena A. (Castleberry, 1914–1958) and (William) Brawner Shi (1912–1982).
Sammie Lee Shi first married to Kennith Adams.
She married secondly on 10 June 1959 in Gainesville, Texas, USA to Gus Gray.
She loved genealogy.
She passed away on 14 Oct 2002 [1] and was buried at McGee Cemetery in Stratford Oklahoma, USA. [2]
