The death in Ohio appears to be incorrectly based on this record at Ancestry.com, please note that the probate process started in 1856, clearly not this man.

Based on the attached "Source" of a probate between 1856 - 1872 in comparison with the assumed DOB of 1731 and DOD of 1795 it would be very unlikely that this is a match. Either DOB / DOD is wrong, or the source with the probate does not belong. Consequently, the linked spouse would have to be evaluated.
