Ruth Shultz was born 17Dec1897 to William Decatur Shultz and Dasie (Norton) Shultz in what was then Alfred, Indian Territory. She married Robert E Browning on 21Mar1921. Ruth died on 29Oct1966 in Kansas, where she and Robert had made their home.
