Biography

Edna Seifer was born on Oct. 31, 1882 to John Seifer and Katherine Lauster.

She first married Roy Flaugher on Apr. 4, 1912 in Hamilton County, Ohio.^[1] They became the parents of two sons; Harold Leroy and Kenneth Samuel and a daughter, Jeanette, who died when she was 1 year old. Edna's husband, Roy, died in 1922 just a year after Kenneth was born.

Edna Flaugher married 2nd George Carl Jones, son of W. T. Jones and Elizabeth Johnson, on May 29, 1924 in Fayette County, Indiana.^[2] George had been previously married to Mary Anna Metzger who died in 1921 leaving him with four children. George died at the age of 53 years of a cerebral hemorrhage in 1931. George and Edna did not have any children together.

Edna Jones married 3rd Donald Baynes, on Nov. 14, 1943 in Wayne County, Indiana.^[3] They did not have any children.

Edna Baynes died at the age of 75 years at her home in Richmond, Indiana.^[4][5] She is buried at Earlham Cemetery in Richmond, Indiana.^[6]
