From Memoirs of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania:
John Sill, who was born Nov. 10, i8og, in Allegheny county, three miles from McKeesport, where he died March 8, 1873, in his sixtyfifth year. His father was Col. Jesse Sill, who served in the War of 1812.
