Elizabeth was born about 1783 in Edgmont Township, Chester County (now part of Delaware County), Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of James Sill and Sarah Sill.
Elizabeth's mother died on 25 September 1797 in Edgmont Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
Elizabeth was named in her father James Sill's will, dated 23 May 1798, in Edgmont Township, Delware County, Pennsylvania. Her father died sometime before the will was proved on 22 October 1798.[1]
Elizabeth married Robert Johnson on 19 March 1807 in Chester County, Pennsyvlania.[2]
By 1830, her husband had died and she was living in Edgmont Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, with her family.[3][4] By 1850, she was living in the household of her son Rueben Johnson.[5][6]
