Biography
Aaron Simmons was born before his baptism on August 4, 1672. He was the son of Moses Simmons and Patience Barstow.
He married Martha Cobb, daughter of John & Rachel (Soule) Cobb, about 1716 in Plymouth, MA Bay

Aaron passed away August 8, 1757 in Middleborough, Plymouth, Massachusetts Bay.
Probate
In 1758, an account of his estate is recorded which included, debts paid, his mother's mourning attire, and administration fees. An agreement was signed that the real estate would go to David Simmons, and his widow Martha also agreed to quitclaim her right of dower. David, in turn, paid the other children, Patience Simmons, and the children of Martha Finney ( Jane Finney, and Abigail Finney).[1]
