He was born in 1806 in Weybridge, Surrey and was baptised on November 6th at Staunton Park, Herefordshire. He married on March 17th 1835, at St Marylebone, London Mary Cochrane Mackenzie (born in 1807). They had ten children. He was MP for Hereford and in 1845 High Sheriff of Herefordshire. He died on June 17th 1881.[1]
