Biography
Ruble was born June 20, 1935, in McCreary County, Kentucky, USA.[1] He is the son of James Simpson and Lena Hawn.[2]
Rubie Simpson married Ruth Byrd.
Ruble died January 27, 2013.[3] He was buried at Concord Cemetery, Robbins, Scott County, Tennessee, USA.[4]
