John Simpson was born in Bugsworth (Buxworth), Chapel-en-le-Frith, Derbyshire on 22 May 1858^[1][2], the son of John Simpson and Margaret (Cresswell) Simpson.

Death

John Simpson sadly passed away an infant on 30 October 1858, aged only 6 months^[3][4]
