John Bell Simpson J.P. D.C.L is Notable.
John married Annie Tomlinson on 22nd April 1863, reported in the Newcastle Guardian and Tyne Mercury on Saturday 25 April 1863. At Dilston, on the 22nd inst, by the Rev.R. Lyons, John Bell Simpson Esq., of Moor House, Ryton, to Annie E. Tomlinson, youngest daughter of the late W. Ashbridge Tomlinson, Esq., of Tomlinson Lodge.[2][3]
John's marriage to Clara Atkinson was registered in the Jan-Feb-Mar quarter of 1886 in the Bradford, W. district (Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire).[4]
John's death (age 88) was registered in the Apr-May-Jun quarter of 1926 in the Gateshead district.[5]
