He died 21 Sep 1919 in Bombay, India. A note on Martha's Find A Grave memorial says that burial was 22 Sep 1919 in Bombay. [4] A memorial on Find A Grave indicates that he was buried in Cavendish Community Cemetery. [5]
Research Note
The Cavendish memorial is likely a cenotaph, remembering one who was buried elsewhere.
