Elizabeth was born 27 March, 1777 in Hanover, Virginia, United States. She married William Tinsley about 1795. After he died Elizabeth married Elijah Harlan on 23 August 1811.[1]
Elizabeth died on 25 August 1839 and was buried in Cross Cemetery, Mount Pleasant, Maury County, Tennessee, United States.[2]
