She was the daughter of Richard Singletary and Susanna Cooke.

Married:2nd Thomas Eaton of Haverhill, as his second wife, on 6 January 1658/9 at Andover, Essex Co., Massachusetts. She died 5 October 1715.
Unknown Eaton. Born 16 March 1680/1. Died 17 March 1680/1. In the Haverhill birth and death records is given as _____ Eaton; I have seen online this child's name given as Martha - evidence unknown.
Her Find A Grave memorial shows that she was buried at the Pentucket Cemetery, Haverhill, Essex, Massachusetts; however, there is no gravestone and no citation to a source for her burial.[8]
