Biography

Benjamin Sisson was born in 18 Oct 1787 in Unadilla, Otsego County, New York.. Benjamin was the son of John Sisson, who served in the American Revolutionary War. He was a scion of a prolific Quaker family.

Benjamin married 3 times:

1. Nancy MC CLURE (no issue);
2. Hannah CRANSTON (one daughter);
3. Zaviah Pendleton (at least eight children)

This family resided in 1850 in Pleasant, Switzerland County Indiana.[1]

Benjamin Sisson died on 8 Jul 1850 in Wabash River, Knox County, Indiana, age 62. He was buried in Scott Chapel Cemetery: Find A Grave: Memorial #27451111
