Biography
George was born about 1778 in New York. He was the son of Johannes Sitterly and Catherine Sittel.
Baptism: 1779, Jan 6, Jurry Henderik parents Johannes Sitterlin, Catarina Zittel. Witnesses: Jurry Henderik Zittel, Barbara Zittel. Schenectady, New York.[1]
He married Debora Hogeboom on 1 May 1798 in Schenectady, Albany, New York.
He died in Oct 1859 in St. Paul, Ramsey, Minnesota.[2]
