Samuel was born in 1744 in Middletown, Connecticut, the son of Antonio Sizer and Sarah Tryon.[1] He was baptized in Middletown on 9 Dec 1744, name spelled Cyzar or Cizar.[2]
He married Abigail Mitchell on 30 Apr 1767 in Cromwell, Connecticut.[3]
