- On the night of the Census of England and Wales [1] which took place on the night of 3rd of April, 1881, Clara Skidmore aged 2, was at 26, February Street, Chorlton upon Medlock, Chorlton, Lancashire, England.
- Also present that night were: M H Skidmore aged 31 born 1850, Rosannah Skidmore aged 28 born 1853, Neviele[sic] Skidmore aged 4 born 1877, Samuel E Skidmore aged 0 born 1881.
