Biography

Isom was born in 1846. He was the son of Henry Skidmore and Elizabeth Ledford. He passed away in 1908.

Sometime before 1892, Isom moved to Tipton Co, IN, and by Jun 1900 was living at Pond Creek in Grant Co, OK, where he died on 4 Jan 1908.
