Biography
Charlotte Skinner was born in Rowan NC, in 1773. She married Jesse Pitman/Pittman in Rowan NC in 1796. [1] [2] In 1810 they were living in Estill county, KY. [3] They were still living in Estill County in 1820, [4], which is where her husband Jesse died in 1826.
Charlotte died in 1828. [5]
