Note H330Rebecca Skinner was the seventh of 12 children of George and Mary (Polly) (Goodin) Skinner; her parents were the fourth set of settlers of Washington Township, Sandusky County, Ohio. Rebecca had two husbands: Samuel Black (m 3/1/1829 in Perry County, Ohio), and Hugh Ferguson (m 5/2/1854 in Sandusky County, Ohio).
