Biography

Vernon was a police officer and worked for the Brockton, MA, police department. He also worked as a "fireman" in a shoe factory. He later worked as a farmer.

Vernon married Grace Marble. They had four children: Christine, Charles, Vernon and Gerald.

He later lived in Waterville, VT. He died at the age of 52 years, 11 months, and 20 days of pulmonary tuberculosis.
