Michael Skipper
Thomas Skipper is my great, great grandfather and is considered 1st generation of the Skippers of Oakland, Garrett County, Maryland. He was born in Baltimore. Other obscure details given by word of mouth is that he had two sisters; One of which is unknown and the first name of the other was Evangline. If Anyone has information regarding the parents or siblings of Thomas, please contact me.
