Adolphus Forbes Slade was born in Alberton, Victoria in 1881, the son of Sidney Slade and Isabella Forbes.[1]
Adolphus died in Alberton on 28 April 1882, [2] and was buried in Briagolong Cemetery, Briagolong, Victoria.[3]
