Biography

Nicholas Slade was born circa 1748 in My Lady's Manor Lot 38, Baltimore County, Maryland. He was the son of Josias Slade and Mary Day. He was military Served as a private in the Maryland Troops during Revolutionary War. in Maryland. Nicholas married Martha "Polly" Amos before 1780. It is not certain when Nicholas actually died, perhaps as early as 1799. State of Georgia Wilkes County The last will and Testament of Nicholas Slade states he died circa 1800 in Wilkes County., Georgia.
