Sarah Slater was born on 6 February 1716/17 in Simsbury, Hartford, Connecticut Colony, the eldest daughter of Elias Slater and his first wife Sarah. She was baptized on Sunday, 10 February 1716/17, and the clerk (who was also a Slater) reports that on the 16th, a tooth appeared, which soon dropped out.[1][2]
Sarah and David Holcombe were married 24 December 1735 in Simsbury.[3] David was born on 21 June 1713 in Simsbury. Their children were:
