Biography

A full Biography can be found in the source material listed below. Apprenticed to be a tailor. Later farmed. Attended Lincoln-Douglas Debate in Galesburg, Illinois. Moved to Kansas in 1858, where his family were pioneers of Nemaha County. Mayor of Centralia, Kansas more than once.
