Biography

Pheloreta was born 23 Feb 1693/4 Piscataway, New Jersey, daughter of Edward Slater and Elizabeth Bonham.[1]

She married ca 1707 Benjamin Martin, perhaps son of Benjamin and Margaret (Reynolds) Martin, and they had the following known children, born in Piscataway, NJ:[1]

  1. Benjamin b. 13 Feb 1708/9
  2. Elizabeth b. 9 Jan 1710/11
  3. Anna b. 29 Mar 1714
  4. Esther b. 29 Jan 1615/16
  5. Hannah b. 17 Mar 1718
