Vivian appears in the 1940 Federal Census Population Schedule. She is listed in the Mathias Zeller household in Springfield township, La Porte county, Indiana. [2] Her first census appearance was in 1910. The 1 year and seven months-old is listed with her brother Leo and mother Clara in the "Thomas" C Sliger household at 119 west 25th Street in Marion, Indiana. [3]
By 1920, Clara had passed away, so Leo, Vivian, and 5 year-old Joe were living with Claras parents, Marion and Dora Buckles. [4]
