Biography

Rebecca Slocum was born at Jamestown, Rhode Island in 1682. She was the daughter of Ebenezer Slocum and Mary Thurston. She married William Burling at Jamestown in 1704. Rebecca and William had eight children between 1706 and 1724. Rebecca Burling passed away in 1729 at Flushing, New York.
