Jasper (27) married Ida Lenore Coggan (21) (born on November 1, 1862 in Kingston, Frontenac, Ontario, Canada) on February 24, 1884 in Clay City, Clay County, Illinois.

Jasper passed away on May 12, 1936 in Atwood, Rawlins County, Kansas, United States, aged 79. He was buried in Mayflower Cemetery, Rawlins County, Kansas.[1]
