Lucy Smith, child of Joseph and Lucy (Mack) Smith, was born July 18, 1821, in Manchester Township, New York. She married Arthur Millikin on June 4, 1840, in Nauvoo, Illinois. The couple had nine children. She died December 9, 1882, in Colchester, Illinois.[1]
