The year of birth is an estimate, the Registrar does not indicate Selena's age, or year of birth, or her parents, which is unusual the Registrar almost always gives at least the father.
AND the Registrar spells her name, every time "Sillinah" just like he sounds it out.

NOT SURE what name the Registrar is trying to spell? Sillivah. could be Selena?? But the date of the marriage should help match.
