Why is she born in Lancaster, when her family was in Sudbury? Do we have a source for this?
posted by Isaac Taylor
It is especially suspicious she is (according to WikiTree) notionally born in her husband's hometown, not in Sudbury where everybody else in her family is/was.

Given this, I am concerned to verify this woman is placed correctly and actually belongs to her connected parents.

Related, could we remove the Ancestry.com user-generated content stuff from the sources? It doesn't qualify according to WikiTree standards, right?

Smith-4861 and Smith-28581 appear to represent the same person because: I've sent you both private messages about this merger proposal. Note that in Smith-4861 Sarah's birth date is given as 1698, but if so, her eldest child (Simon Atherton) was born when she was just 7 years old. I have included references for Sarah's birth in Smith-28581 and for her marriage to James Atherton.
